INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 of the European regulation n.679 / 2016 concerning the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) e art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 - Code on data protection personal.


Data Controller

The Data Controller of the Participant's personal data is the WebUp CompanyS.p.a., with registered office in Via dei Martiri di Belfiore, 2 - 00195 Rome,CF and VAT number 13352111002.

The Data Controller guarantees the utmost confidentiality in the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or unlawful use and unauthorized access.

Purpose of the treatment

The personal data of the interested party will be processed for purposes strictly connected to the purchase of the product. In particular:

  • management and execution of the contractual relationship and related obligations;
  • fulfillment of obligations established by laws, regulations, community legislation, as well as instructions prepared by authorities and supervisory bodies.

Recipients of the treatment

The data will not be disclosed and may be known, within the limits and for the purposes indicated, by employees and collaborators, as Distributors or Managers, as well as communicated to external parties, such as suppliers in Italy and Europe, comecorrieri, banking institutes and companies that process data on behalf of the Data Controller and of which WebUp Spa it could be used in the management of the contractual relationship and the service provided or for organizational needs of its activity. These persons have been appointed as Data Processors.

The Holder assures right now that any transfer of non-EU data will take place in accordance with Articles 44 ss. of the Regulations and the applicable legal provisions stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection.


Type of data processed

The Holder processes the personal data necessary to purchase the product in particular name and surname, contact details such as e-mail address and mobile number, home or residence address.
Webup S.p.a. can not be held responsible for untruthful information sent directly by an interested party (eg personal data, postal addresses, e-mail address), and which may possibly involve unaware third parties. When such incidents occur, WebUp S.p.a. it will intervene promptly to protect the privacy of the interested parties involved, reserving the right to denounce such fraudulent actions to the competent authorities.

Mode and duration of treatment

The data together with the information related to the order will be kept for the time necessary to provide assistance and support in case of return and / or solve any problem related to the order and, in general, for the management and execution of the contractual relationship and related fulfillment of obligations established by laws, regulations, community legislation, as well as instructions prepared by authorities and supervisory bodies.

Rights referred to in Articles 7 of the Code and 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the Rules:

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and confirmation that it is or is not undergoing treatment of the same, to know the content and origin, verify accuracy or request to integrate, update, or rectify them. Furthermore, they have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment. Requests must be addressed to WebUp S.p.a. Privacy Service, Via dei Martiri di Belfiore, 2 – 00195 Rome, VAT number 13352111002,by sending an email to the address info@webupspa.com.

It should also be noted that the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation, without prejudice to the consequences indicated below regarding a refusal to provide such personal data.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.

The provision of data is optional. However, any failure to provide the requested data may result in the impossibility to establish or continue, in whole or in part, the contractual relationship and to follow up the requests for the provision of services.
