RETURN CONDITIONS
The products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were originally shipped: not worn, unwashed or altered. They must also be returned with all the tags and any original accessories, including authenticity labels and security seals that must not be cut or broken. The damaged refunds will not be accepted and will be sent back to the Customer at his expense. Footwear and accessories and other products must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the product. Itstoreit.com does not accept the return of swimsuits, underwear and perfumes. It is only possible to send the garments back from the country where the delivery was made. It is possible to request the return, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, through its customer area, if the user is registered. Or By sending an email to info@itstoreit.com.



RETURN METHOD
The Customer must request authorization to return to Itstoreit within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The only return of the goods does not automatically entail a valid right of withdrawal.
The item must be returned intact (not worn, washed or altered) and placed in the original packaging in the same condition in which it was originally sent by Itstoreit, complete with all its components: tags, original accessories, authenticity label and the security seal which must not be cut, broken or altered.
The customer must prepare the package and send it to the address that will be provided by applying to the package the waybill pre-paid and provided by Itstoreit, after approval of the return. The customer is advised to keep a copy of the shipping document.
The return to the warehouse must be within 14 days from the date of delivery, after which, without prejudice to the previous conditions (integrity of the goods, etc.), shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Itstoreit is not liable for damage or theft / loss of items returned by uninsured shipments.
The right of withdrawal can not be exercised if the conditions of integrity of the goods do not exist, namely:
• in the absence of the outer packaging and the original packaging;
• for use even in part of the article or in the absence of its components (for example: tags, accessories, labels and seals);
• for damage to the product.
In such cases, Itstoreit will return the item to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the same.

If the user is registered he can request the return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order through his customer area.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to revoke the order for any reason, as governed by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This right may be exercised exclusively by "consumer" customers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity) by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within 14 days from receipt of the goods and with possible anticipation of communication by fax or e-mail within the following 48 hours. The only return of the goods does not automatically entail a valid right of withdrawal from the contract.

Refunds
Reimbursement means purchase price, transport where it occurs, but not customs duties.
Itstoreit will endeavor to execute the refund of the authorized return within 30 working days from the date of receipt / return of the goods: the date of the accreditation that occurred may vary due to factors beyond the responsibility of Itstoreit.
The re-credit will be made by the same means used by the customer for payment.

Product replacement We accept size or color substitutions of the same model. Model / article substitutions are not accepted. The customs duties due for the requested head in exchange are charged to the customer.

Defective goods
Products received already damaged or showing conformity defects are considered defective. Itstoreit reserves the right to refuse faulty unauthorized returns.
In case of acceptance of the faulty return, Itstoreit will reimburse the purchase price of the garment and the customs charges. In case the initial shipping has been done in DDU mode, with charges and customs fees paid at destination, these amounts will be refunded only if the documentation will be included in the return package.

The return shipment from Russia is charged to the customer who must in any case send an e-mail request for return authorization to info@itstoreit.com
